Records Inspector / Aircraft Transition - CDI - Toulouse
This position is based in our offices in Toulouse and is open to candidates who have the legal right to work in France. Applications from candidates who do not hold valid work authorization will not be considered.
Your Mission:
Take charge of records reviews during aircraft transitions, repossessions, Pre-Purchase Inspections, and Mid-Lease Inspections.
As a Records Inspector, you will be responsible for reviewing aircraft documentation in a highly technical and fast-paced environment. From the initial phase of an aircraft transition through to delivery, you will ensure the accurate review of records and the management of the Open Item List, while meeting deadlines, cost targets, and quality standards.
Your Main Responsabilities:
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and technical requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of aircraft records.
- Manage relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
- Monitor project indicators and report critical information.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
- Advise and support clients in their decision-making process
Your Profile:
Applicants must have the legal right to work in France and the European Union.
- Degree in Aeronautics or equivalent (Bac+2/3).
- Experience in aircraft transition projects.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft records management.
- Familiar with aircraft types: BOEING, AIRBUS, ATR.
- Understanding of aviation standards and regulations (Part-CAMO, Part-145, EN 9100, etc.).
- Good knowledge of technical documentation such as SRM, MPD, and AMM.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Experience with AMOS, AD Software, or similar ERP systems is a plus.
